Rule 2: You Are Responsible for Your Own Actions

Rule 3: You agree and accept our terms.
When using our website – whether registering, setting up an advertiser or user account, or just browsing, you accept our "Terms of use, Rules, Policies, Guidelines", "GDPR Privacy Policy", and "Site Notice".
In this agreement, "RealEscort" refers to the RealEscort platform and includes its parent company, affiliates, owners, administrators, staff, and team.
Ads on RealEscort undergo a curation process to ensure compliance with our standards. This process includes reviewing content for appropriateness, verifying advertisers data, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and maintaining quality and accuracy. RealEscort may approve or reject ads based on these criteria. If an ad is rejected, we’ll let you know why, and you can appeal by replying to the rejection notice within 7 days.
Remember, we're purely an ad platform! We don’t partake in the services advertisers offer. We merely give them a space to advertise and offer search tools, much like sites such as Google, Twitter, or Facebook.

User Reviews:
Approved reviews cannot be removed and will stay online as long as the ad remains active, to prevent advertisers from pressuring you to remove honest feedback. Keeping reviews online serves a legitimate interest by ensuring transparency and trust in the platform. In special cases (e.g., if the review breaks the law), you can contact us to request removal, and we’ll review it under Dutch law. Be honest in your reviews and don’t let advertisers pressure you to change them.
If RealEscort challenges your review, you must be able to prove your statements. We’ll let you know our decision, and you can appeal by contacting us within 7 days.

User: Consequences for Breaking Rules
Not following site rules and guidelines may lead to the deletion of your account and/or ads, including any affiliated and linked accounts or ads. We’ll let you know at least 7 days before deletion, unless it’s for illegal activity, and you can appeal by contacting us within that time. Refer to Section 4 in our Terms of Use for further details.
User: Account Termination & Data Retention
If your account is deleted, you’ll lose all ads, preferences, and wallet credits permanently. We’ll let you know at least 7 days before deletion, unless it’s for illegal activity, so you can save important information.
Certain data (e.g., account details, transaction records, and content linked to legal or security matters) may be retained for seven years to comply with legal obligations, such as tax or anti-fraud regulations, after which it is permanently erased. Retrieval is not possible during this period, but you can contact us to learn about your data rights under Dutch law. For details, see our Privacy Policy (GDPR Privacy Policy).

Advertising: Advertiser & Ad Account
Ads on RealEscort are curated and approved before display. Payments cover review, compliance checks, and monitoring, and are non-refundable once the process starts, regardless of approval or rejection.
Ads are personal, and replacing individuals in an ad is against the rules and will result in deletion, except for clubs and clinics where this is permitted. If this happens, we’ll let you know and may delete the ad. You can appeal by contacting us within 7 days of our notice.
Advertising: Trial Period!
For the first 7 days online, advertising costs increase. Check our Pricing page (Pricing) for details.
In the first 14 days, ads have a 'Trial Period' banner, urging caution to visitors.
Ads can't disable reviews in this period, allowing feedback on advertiser services.
RealEscort may terminate your account if you break our rules (e.g., posting fake ads or harmful content). We’ll let you know at least 7 days before termination, unless it’s for illegal activity, and you can appeal by contacting us within that time.

Advertising: One Free Ad Per Individual in "free RealEscort countries"!
Only post one free ad for yourself in countries where RealEscort offers free ads (see our Pricing page, Pricing, for the list). If you break this rule, we’ll let you know and may remove the extra ads. You can appeal by contacting us within 7 days of our notice.

Uploading fake images is prohibited. If you break this rule, we’ll let you know and may charge a fee to cover our investigation, remove your ad, ban you for 2 years, or delete your account data (like ads and settings). You can appeal by contacting us within 7 days of our notice.

Advertising: Picture Validation Process:
If you cheat during picture validation by altering pictures, videos, face, ID, or anything using Photoshop, AI, apps, or editing tools, we’ll let you know and may terminate your ad. You can appeal by contacting us within 7 days of our notice.

Advertising: Travel Itinerary Guidelines
Accuracy required: List only real, planned locations, misleading ads are not tolerated.
Travel limits: Daily travel over 150 km or schedules that don’t make sense (e.g., being in two far cities on the same day) are forbidden.
No manipulation: Frequent or same-day location changes to appear in multiple places are prohibited.
Strict penalties: If you break these rules, we’ll let you know and may terminate your account, blacklist you, or ban you for 2 years. You can appeal by contacting us within 7 days of our notice.

Advertising: Adhere to Anti-Racism Laws
Discriminatory statements or preferences based on race, ethnicity, or nationality, such as "I only see WHITE men" or "ONLY European customers," are strictly forbidden.
You must follow Dutch anti-discrimination laws, which don’t allow unfair treatment based on race, ethnicity, or nationality. If you break this rule, we may remove your ad or close your account, and we’ll let you know why.

Advertising: Payment
Advertising payments are non-refundable once the curation process begins, which starts when RealEscort initiates the review of submitted ad content. This covers reviews, compliance checks, verifications, and approvals or rejections. Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases, such as RealEscort’s failure to process the ad due to internal errors. You can contact us to request a refund, and we’ll review your request fairly.
Unethical behavior, such as scams or fake pictures, harm, steal, lie, cheat, or exploit others, leads to immediate account termination and may incur additional fees. See Section 4 of the Terms of Use.
Payment Issues: Report discrepancies within 7 days, or the payment may be forfeited. If you miss this deadline, you can still contact us to explain, and we’ll review your case.

Advertising: Payment RealEscort Wallet
Funds added to your RealEscort wallet are non-refundable and can only be used on RealEscort, except in special cases (e.g., if we can’t provide services due to our error). You can contact us to ask about refunds in such cases.
A 5% fee applies for currency exchanges within the wallet.
Wallet funds are considered RealEscort credits, not real money, with currency labels (e.g., EUR, USD, NOK) for easy tracking.
If your account is deleted, you’ll lose any remaining wallet credits. We’ll let you know at least 7 days before deletion, unless it’s for illegal activity, so you can use your credits. For details on how we handle your payment data, see our Privacy Policy (GDPR Privacy Policy).
Advertising: Payment, RealEscort Wallet Credit Guidelines
Advertiser: Wallet credit is for urgent access when direct payment isn't possible.
Repay credit within 3 days, using this service implies agreement to repay.
If you don’t repay on time, we’ll let you know and give you a reminder. If still unpaid, we may suspend your ad, close your account, or blacklist you. You can appeal by contacting us within 7 days of our notice. We may also take steps to recover the debt if needed.
Wallet funds are RealEscort Money, not real currency, but retain names like Euro, NOK, SEK, etc.

Advertising: Instant Delivery
Once payment is received and all requirements are met (e.g., content approval as per our rules), approved ads go live instantly or at the time/date set in your travel plan itinerary. If there’s a delay or issue (e.g., technical problems), we’ll notify you via email and resolve it as soon as possible. You can contact us via our Contact Page (Contact Page) within 7 days to address any concerns.
Advertising: Refund Policy
Advertising payments are non-refundable once curation begins, except in cases of RealEscort’s failure to process the ad due to internal errors. To cancel or request a refund, contact support before the curation process starts. If curation has started, you can still contact us to explain your situation, and we’ll review your request fairly. Advertising: Website Uptime Guarantee
We strive for 24/7 service and provide extra service days if the website is down for a full 24-hour period (from 00:00 to 23:59 CET). We’ll notify you via email and add the extra days to your ad’s active period automatically. You can contact us within 7 days if you disagree with the compensation. For disruptions beyond our control, see Limitation of Liability (Section 14).
Advertiser Account Closure & Data Retention:
Accounts that are terminated will lose all data, ads, wallet credits, and everything else, as outlined in User: Consequences for Breaking Rules (Section 1). Some data will be deleted after 2 years, except for financial data (e.g., transaction records, account details) which is kept for 7 years to comply with Dutch law, as detailed in Maintenance & Data Clean-up (Section 10).

Violations, Penalties, and Usage Terms:
Engaging in Deceptive Activities:
- Breaking our Terms of Use, Use Policy, or Rules by participating in scams, fraud, or illegal activities will result in immediate and irrevocable termination of your account. All associated settings, payments, and data will be permanently lost. Any existing or future accounts, advertisements, or activities linked to, influenced by, or affiliated with you will also be terminated. Offenders face a 2-year ban from accessing or utilizing our platform.
Violation Policy:
- We maintain a strict policy against deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior, with immediate termination for severe violations (e.g., scams, fraud). For minor violations (e.g., fake pictures), RealEscort may issue a warning via the support center mailbox, allowing correction within a specified period. Failure to comply escalates to account suspension or termination. Termination decisions are subject to internal review at RealEscort’s discretion.
- All account settings, payments, and associated data will be permanently lost upon termination.
- Users are responsible for checking and responding to support messages promptly. Ignoring communications does not absolve users from consequences.
Scammers Will Be Ignored:
- Following account termination for deceptive activities, no further communication from violators will be acknowledged or responded to under any circumstances. Violators are provided sufficient information to understand the seriousness of their actions and consequences.

Responding to Support Communications:
We’ll notify you via the website, email, and your online mailbox about important messages from RealEscort, including system, support, or administrator communications. We can see if you’ve read the message.If you’re an advertiser with an active ad, you must respond within 24 hours after reading the message, as urgent issues (e.g., false advertising) need immediate action. If you don’t reply after one reminder (sent after 12 hours), we may suspend your ad right away. We’ll let you know, and you can appeal by contacting us within 7 days.For all other users, please respond within 3 days after reading the message. If you don’t reply after one reminder (sent after 1 day), we may suspend or terminate your account. We’ll let you know before taking action, and you can appeal by contacting us within 7 days.

Ownership & Accountability for Posted & Uploaded Content:
As stated in Rule 2, you are fully responsible for all content you post, including text, links, contact information, videos, and images.
Approval means efforts have been made to ensure your content complies with our rules and laws.
By posting, you grant RealEscort a non-exclusive, revocable license to use, display, and store your content for platform operations, which terminates upon account deletion, except for data retained for legal compliance (see Section 1).
Respect copyrights and trademarks, post only content you have rights to. If you break this rule, we may remove your content or close your account, and we’ll let you know.
Approved content will be linked to your account and cannot be deleted while the ad is active, to ensure transparency on the platform. In special cases (e.g., if the content breaks the law), you can contact us to request removal, and we’ll review it under Dutch law.

Legal Liabilities, Consequences & Crimes:
Breaching copyrights, trademarks, or laws resulting in legal actions will make you liable for all associated costs, including legal fees, as determined on a case-by-case basis. We’ll let you know if we hold you liable, and you can contact us to discuss within 7 days.
Account and ad information will be disclosed to law enforcement if required by a valid court order, subpoena, or directive from a legal authority. We’ll notify you of such disclosures unless legally prohibited (e.g., if it affects an investigation).
Crimes:
If you believe a crime has occurred, please contact your local law enforcement agency, as this is a matter for the police.
If informed of a crime, we will lock down relevant data and prepare a report, ensuring information about users or advertisers is secured for law enforcement upon receipt of a court order. We’ll let you know about these actions unless legally prohibited.
We will close any case reported to law enforcement to preserve evidence and avoid interference.

Logs:
Deletes system logs older than 2 years, except for logs related to financial data, which are kept for 7 years to comply with Dutch law.

Rights to Adjust and Termination:
We may modify this agreement, but we’ll let you know about big changes by email or on our website at least 7 days before they happen. Small changes, like fixing typos, can happen without notice.
We can decline or remove content that doesn’t meet our standards, but we’ll let you know why we did it.
Adherence to Terms: Using our services means you accept and follow our terms and the law.
Accounts may be terminated for:
Not being a good person, good people don’t harm, steal, lie, cheat, scam, or exploit others.
Actions harming our ethos, reputation, or brand.
Spamming.
Competitive Advertising/poaching: Using our platform to promote competing websites or services to divert traffic, users, or business from our site.
If we need to close your account, we’ll let you know the reason, unless it’s for illegal activity. We decide on terminations after a fair review.
